HERE IS HOW YOU DO IT:
In simple terms you want to take Vitamin C (preferably non-gmo ascorbic acid) to bowel tolerance. For example, I know my bowel tolerance is 30 grams. So I will take 30 -1 gram tablets and put them in a ziplock bag. I’ll take 5 grams right away. And then throughout the day I will take 2-3 per hour until the bag is empty. There are no side effects to vitamin c. The only side effect can be a little bit of diarrhea. But that’s just it. You take it to bowel tolerance. Just until you get a little bit of tummy grumbling right before you would have to have a bowel movement. So it’ll make you poop a little? Big Deal. Prescription drugs have a plethora of side effects. Just listen to the commercials. I’ve never had a debilitating side effect from Vitamin C.
My entire family did high dose Vitamin C when we got sick in 2021 during the pandemic. We were fine, even my 70 year old mother. No Jab. I was super sick before I remembered “ah-ha”. “I need to get my vitamin C.” I had a three year old. I was lying in bed and I just could NOT get up. I knew I had to feed my child, make sure she was fed, her diaper was changed and she was watched. So I got my butt up and immediately took 5 grams of Vitamin C then my body immediately woke up and I was able to do all those things energetically and not sleep all day. I love Vitamin C.
Vitamin C is water soluble and is removed from the body relatively quickly. That is why you have to take it in divided doses throughout the day. It’s hard to remember to take every hour so sometimes I will take 4-5 grams every 2-3 hours until I’ve taken what I feel I need, but no more than 30 grams.
You will know what your body needs as it will make you feel normal when you have an infection. You can really do no harm when figuring it out.
